The word network marketing has become the “in thing” in today’s vocabulary. Most people around the world would have heard about it. They are either directly or indirectly involved with it as a business or are purchasing products or services from people involved with network marketing and MLM.

Network marketing is a method of distributing products and services to end consumer. It is merely a system of distribution and marketing. It is a combination of franchising and exponential growth and requires low capital outlay and negligible risk. Turn the cents into people generating bonuses or product sales and turn the days into weeks, or months, and then the economic power of network marketing begins to emerge.
 

J Paul Getty said, “I will rather earn from 1% of 100 peoples effort than from 100% of my own effort”. He was not in network marketing, but being one of the richest men in the world during his time, I think it is sound advice from a successful and experienced person. In network marketing, we are only limited by numbers. In network marketing we can build the numbers over a period of time. It is interesting to relate this to the power of Synergy as advocated by Buckminster Fuller. The formula is P2 - (P ÷2) = SR

Where P = number of people
SR = Synergistic number of relationships within the group.

SR = (20 x 20) – (20÷2)
= 400 – 10 = 390

Just imagine, with only 20 people in your group, the Synergistic number of relationships within the group is 390.
